Terms and conditions

Tutoring

  1. A suitable tutor will be allocated to each learner for the subject applied for.
  2. A learner has a right to report the tutor for any incompetencies
  3. The learner has only one opportunity to request for a change of a tutor.

    4. FEES

  4. Indivisual tutoring is R300 per hour for each subject except for mathematics, physical science and accounting which are R350 per hour.
  5. Group tutoring costs R200 for 3 hours with a total number of 8-10
  6. This application must be accompanied by an application fee of R200 for it to be proccessed. The banking details are as follows:

  7. An electronic transfer is permitted, however we require that the proof of payment is attached to the application
    8. MENTORSHIP
  8. Mentorship program runs for a year
  9. Mentors are selected to cater for your needs. Hence, be clear on your cover letter
  10. The fee is R200 per month
  11. The learner has only one opportunity to request for a change of a mentor.
    12. DOCUMENTATION
  12. The following documents must accompany your application
    • Certified copy of your ID
    • Copy of the learner's recent report
    • Copy of ID of the learner's previous grade report
    • Copy of the parent's ID
    • POP for the application fee, 6.
    • Cover letter (Only if you are applying for a mentor)
